NIPU-EJD Intermediate Conference

Our industrial partner, Henkel, hosted the NIPU-EJD intermediate conference, on 4 and 5 December 2023 in Düsseldorf (Germany), entitled “Isocyanate-free polyurethanes at the forefront innovation in materials science”.

 All NIPU-EJD ESRs presented their research during the first day. 

The programme of the second day is displayed hereunder.

Besides the day dedicated to the consortium meeting, this conference enclosed speeches on recyclability, renewability and industrialisation of polymeric and composite materials. The ESRs gained scientific competences via training in recyclable and renewable polymeric materials, CO2-based building blocks & matrices for composites and recycling technologies scale-up; they have also been made aware of industrial and innovation activities. The feedback was extremely positive.
