1st NIPU-EJD Workshop
UMONS hosted the 1st NIPU-EJD Workshop on 20-22 June 2023 in Mons (Belgium). The event was entitled “Team skills developments, gender equality, dissemination and commercial exploitation of results, career perspectives”.
The programme of the school comprised NIPU dedicated technical sessions, transversal training on soft skills and social activities. Whereas ESRs presented their updated scientific results during the consortium meeting, one full day was dedicated to methods and tools of project management where the participant gained the following skills: the project and resource management, management and monitoring tools, running a meeting, leading a team and managing relationships within a team.
